JG here-
Last weekend in San Diego I was guest commentator alongside SPEED and CBS announcers Ralph Sheheen and Jeff Emig. Since I’m still not able to race, my focused is on rehabilitation. I’ve been working with Dr. Navarro which is helping to strengthen and maintain the flexibility in my shoulder. My plans for the rest of the season is to have a healthy recovery process and to return before the Supercross season is over.
Also, I want to thank all my fans for all the support. I like reading and hearing feedback from everyone so keep it up and see you at Anaheim 3.

After having 4 solid days of rain fall in southern california A2 was expected to be a wet one. Fortunately cali’s weather pulled through and the track was in perfect condition and the pits were full of fans. Check out these pictures to see JGs experience during SX round 2 in Anaheim.
All the fans that were at Anaheim 1 were able to stop by the JGR pits to pick up their very own JG temporary tattoo. Keep a look out every race to support Josh Grant by showing off these tattoos!

HUNTERSVILLE, N.C. – With the guidance of his doctors, Josh Grant has decided to repair a labrum tear in his right shoulder. The injury occurred during a crash while practicing the
week prior to the opening round of the AMA Supercross Championship. Grant attended the race and tried his best to ride, but after qualifying for the main event he could not continue due to the pain and the inability to hold on well enough to ride safely.
Grant will undergo surgery Friday, and will spend the next six-to-eight weeks rehabilitating his shoulder before returning to action.
Grant’s Muscle Milk/Toyota/JGRMX teammate Justin Brayton is healthy and looking forward to round two of the AMA Supercross Championship, this Saturday, Jan. 16 in Phoenix, Ariz. at Chase Field. The original broadcast will air Jan. 17 on SPEED at 6:00 p.m. (EST).
The Muscle Milk/Toyota/JGRMX Team kicked off the 2010 AMA Supercross Championship Series
January 9th 2010 at Angel Stadium in Anaheim, Calif. Grant was looking to repeat the round 1 of Anaheim but he was injured while practicing last Tuesday, and his status going into the event was uncertain. Josh was very sore during the first practice, but was able to ride well enough to qualify for the night program. He elected to sit out the second practice to rest and prepare for the race. He rode through the pain and transferred to the main event directly out of his heat race, but made the decision not to race the main and risk further injury. He will continue to work closely with his doctors and the JGRMX athletic trainer to be prepared for the next round of the series which will be on Jan. 16 in Phoenix, Ariz. at Chase Field. The original broadcast will air Jan. 17 on SPEED at 6:00 p.m. (EST).
